Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Where I live in the Netherlands, it has been pretty humid, even at night

So that gave me a bit of the feeling summer might not be completey over.

In thinkin of  that, I made a summery tag with Cocktail Anne

I had so much fun workin with this image.

Unfortunately somehow the blue keeps reflectin

No matter how I take a photo, keeps givin me this blue-ish glow :(

I've choosen to alter a canvas

 MATERIALS:

Round canvas, black gesso, acrylic paint green-lemon-pink and gold(ish), Dutch Doobadoo Stencil, Faber Castell & Van Gogh pencils, Gel pennen from Hema & Action, Daler & Rowney Pearlescent platinum pink & White, bling thingies from Zeeman (no clue what theyre called)

Today I'm goin to show you a sort of mixed media card

I've used Elena for this project

Totaly love this image, she's got such a cute face and gorgeous dress.

It was a real challenge colouring her up.

MATERIALS:

Cardstock blue/green, light coloured designpaper, swirl stencil, alphabet stampset, text stamp, acrylic pearl pastel paints, hearts border, distress tool, distress ink, twinkling h2o's, gesso

She's coloured with distress ink and twinkling h2o's

So sorry you cant see the shimmer, but believe me, its there.

I've made a tag with this adorable image 66

MATERIALS:

Cardstock, Dutch Doobadoo Burlap mask, flatbacks, inks, washi tape, butterfly dies, colour pencils, lace trim

I've coloured her with a variate of pencils:

derwents, faber castell, van gogh and caran d'ache

For blending i've used derwent blender and  for the bit of shimmer, which you cant see on photo :( I've used the derwent burnisher
